Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Adopt Me Fonts Generator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Adopt Me Fonts Generator is a free online tool that converts regular text into styled Unicode characters. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee that the generated text will work in all applications or platforms, including Roblox.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

User-Generated Content

Our font generator processes text entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or monitor the text you input. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our Service. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of generated text in Roblox or other platforms.

Roblox Compatibility Disclaimer

While our tool generates Unicode characters that are generally compatible with Roblox, we cannot guarantee that all generated text will work in Roblox Adopt Me or other Roblox games. Roblox may filter or reject certain characters at their discretion. We are not responsible if your generated name is rejected by Roblox or if it causes any issues within the game.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Adopt Me Fonts and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Unicode characters generated by our tool are part of the Unicode standard and are not our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADOPT ME FONTS, ITS OWNERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adopt Me Fonts and its owners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
